Church Edit provide a lot of useful information on their website on how to run and publish articles on your website, however, there are a few gaps.  The aim of these guides is to fill those gaps by either providing more detailed explanations of what is on the Chirch Edit website or covering topics that are not mentioned at all but will be useful.

The guides are broken down into 4 sections:

  1. Administration: Covering topics like the routine tasks, monthly stats and end of year tasks.
  2. Articles: Covering topics like the catalyst blog, delaying publishing an article and things to know about working with images in Church Edit.
  3. Emails: Covering how to set up an out of office, how to set up or edit a distribution lists and how to set up a church email address.
  4. Miscellaneous: Using IrfanView for preparing images to publish and using FreeOCR to scan and import written documents
